We collect your email address when you create an account. When you connect a brokerage, we access your trade history through SnapTrade, a regulated third-party broker connectivity provider. This includes trade timestamps, symbols, quantities, prices, and P&L. We do not store your brokerage credentials — authentication is handled entirely by SnapTrade.
Your data is used solely to power ExitGrade's analytics — grading trades against your rules, calculating performance stats, and displaying your trading history. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for any commercial purpose.
ExitGrade uses SnapTrade to connect to your brokerage account and Supabase to store your account and trade data securely. Both services maintain their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Your trade data and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request. To request deletion, email us at robbysimoes4@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data".
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. We do not store brokerage passwords or API keys — your brokerage connection is managed entirely through SnapTrade's secure OAuth flow.
You can disconnect your brokerage at any time from the Connect Broker page. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing robbysimoes4@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of ExitGrade after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
