Nothing in ExitGrade constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All analysis, grades, scores, and insights are based solely on data you provide or authorize us to access. Your trading decisions are entirely your own.
ExitGrade is not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial outcomes of any kind. Using this app does not guarantee improved trading performance. Past patterns identified by the app do not guarantee future results.
You own your trading data. We access your brokerage data only through your explicit authorization via SnapTrade. We do not sell your data to third parties.
This software is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of data sync, or completeness of trade history.
ExitGrade is offered as a paid subscription. Your subscription begins on the date you sign up and renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You will be charged the plan price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to ExitGrade until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
